Compensation:
YOU CONTROL WHAT YOU MAKE! Earn 80% of the net sales price for each service sold (net sales price defined as the amount paid by the customer, minus taxes, refunds, and discounts).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform salon services as part of the team
Supervise and provide hands-on instruction to cosmetology students during their clinical rotation
Facilitate student orientation
Culture & Support:
Serve clients professionally while fostering a caring community that values individuality and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:
Certificate from college or technical school in cosmetology and/or related training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Current and valid cosmetology license and a license to teach cosmetology, nail technology, and/or esthetics in South Carolina
