– Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments
– Apply makeup and provide skincare services
– Perform eyelash extensions and other specialized beauty treatments
– Use salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) to schedule appointments and manage client information
– Assist with retail sales of beauty products
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry

– Minimum of [X] years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist
– Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Experience with eyelash extensions and other specialized beauty treatments
– Familiarity with salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for appointment scheduling and client management
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
– Knowledge of retail sales techniques for promoting beauty products
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

– Mentoring or training experience is a plus
– Familiarity with straight razor techniques is a plus
