Balance Holistic Hair Studio is looking for our next assistant/apprentice stylist!
(Commission stylist applicants welcome as well!)
We are an organic concept micro-salon with our original location in Old Town Scottsdale, and a second location coming to Gilbert very soon! We specialize in providing salon services such as color, gray coverage, highlighting, balayage, haircuts, and scalp treatments in an intimate, relaxing setting.
I’m Jamie, owner of Balance and stylist of over 15 years. I work in our Old Town location Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and need an assistant for those days. The assistant will learn and grow as a stylist through hands on training and helping the owner in all salon services.
We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow in this industry, and who is open & excited to step into the world of organic/holistic hair care.
We will also have training days at our new Gilbert location so our ideal candidate must be willing to go to both locations.

Ideal Candidate:
Licensed cosmetologist or scheduled for state board exams
Eager to learn & grow in the industry
Open & excited about holistic hair care (we have a head spa too!)

Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship, Internship
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
