KDR Med Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to skincare, client education, and delivering results-driven treatments in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments (based on certification)
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans for clients
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
- Travel between our Boston and Newton locations based on daily client demand and scheduling needs
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including client check-out, scheduling appointments, and answering client calls/emails
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products
- Support retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician License (Massachusetts)
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Proficient with email communication and basic administrative/front desk tasks
- 2+ years experience in a Med Spa or clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
- Ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative independently without direct supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively interact with clients, peers, and management
Experience Required
- Aesthetic treatments: 2 years (Required)
