Job Responsibilities:
Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, Microdermabrasion, peels, microcurrent, hair removal, and other skin care services.
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of regular facials.
Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency.
Meet sales and upgrade goals consistently.
Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services.
Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients.
Connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
Adapt to client feedback.
Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a professional and the community.
Participate in spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.
Job Qualifications:
Ohio-Licensed Esthetician or proof of license application.
Compliance with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
Knowledge of facials, skin care, and hair removal.
Professional liability insurance.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and willing to help others.
Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
Ability to work collaboratively towards a common goal.
Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
