Hand & Stone Brentwood is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. With innovative services, customized long‑term treatment plans, and a focus on building relationships, our Estheticians are educated and empowered to make a client’s facial appointment the best hour of their month!
As
an Esthetician, you will
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top‑level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client’s individual skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
