Our Wax Specialists are licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists who deliver smooth experiences while helping guests feel empowered, educated, and excited to come back. What You’ll Do as a Wax Specialist
Perform professional body and facial waxing services using EWC’s exclusive 4-Step Process
Deliver a consistent, safe, and comfortable guest experience aligned with brand standards
Educate guests on pre- and post-wax skincare and recommend the right retail products for long-term results
Build strong guest relationships and drive client retention through exceptional service
Convert first-time guests into loyal fans by promoting Wax Pass packages and rebooking services
Meet or exceed individual service, retail, and rebooking goals
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized waxing suite at all times
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions to grow your skills and career
Adhere to all EWC Growth safety and sanitation policies and state board requirements
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for passionate, upbeat, guest-obsessed, and talented Wax Specialists who live for skincare, love connecting with people, and are ready to grow with a brand that’s as bold as they are. If skincare is your love language, and you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-obsessed beauty environment — we want you on our squad.
Ideal candidates will bring:
A valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in [Insert State]
6+ months of hands-on waxing experience (preferred but not required — training provided)
Confidence in performing full-body waxing for all genders and anatomies
A sales-minded attitude with the ability to recommend skincare products and packages
Is always ready to learn, grow, and glow — because great waxers never stop improving
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to exceptional guest care, cleanliness, and performance
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A desire to grow into Trainer, Lead Waxer, or leadership roles within EWC Growth

Salary and Benefits:
$13.00-$14.00 an hour (DOE) + Tips + Service Commission + Retail Commission + Bonuses

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:
Stand and provide services for prolonged periods
Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
Bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Work with skincare and cleaning products in a fast-paced service environment
