Position Overview

The prime responsibility of the Wax Associate is to provide the highest quality wax services while representing the European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner. As a licensed skin care specialist, a Wax Associate is responsible for educating guests on proper skin care in conjunction with the Company’s exclusive products and processes.
We will help you increase your speed, see more guests, and earn hourly wages, commissions, tips, and incentives.
We are committed to recognizing your exceptional performance with earnings ranging from $28 to $50 or more per hour. Our compensation includes a $16.00 base pay, plus commissions, incentives, and tips.

Skills/Requirements
Must have active licensure to perform full body waxing in your state.
Willingness to perform full body waxing for all genders and anatomies.
Passion for learning new techniques and providing outstanding guest services.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to discuss guest needs, preferences, and sensitivities.
Flexibility to work days, including weekends.
Positive, friendly demeanor.
Ability to receive and give feedback.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain professional appearance as per company standards.
Enthusiasm for engaging with team members and guests.
Essential Functions, Behaviors, And Expectations
Understand and promote EWC services and products.
Arrive on time and follow dress code, including wearing a name tag.
Create a memorable guest experience with tailored scripts and responses.
Review reservations and plan services and retail opportunities.
Greet guests by name and provide excellent service.
Follow the 4-step service process consistently.
Conduct brow consultations and offer complimentary fill-ins.
Recommend add-on services and discuss waxing frequency and skincare benefits.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Participate in community events and marketing efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift items over 25 pounds. Visual acuity and active communication are essential.
