Required Skills of a Sugarist:
Active Cosmetology or Esthetician license
1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
Customer service focused, cares for clients
Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential
Responsibilities:
Master sugaring
LAs Smart Sugaring Technique
Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures
Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaring
LA sugaring services.
Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment
Create new clientele through sugaring
LAs referral programs
This franchise is located in McKinney at Eldorado Plaza. It is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
Pay structure is based on skills and experience, a combination of hourly + commission based on services provided.
