Position Overview:
We’re looking for a talented Color Specialist to perform a range of hair color services, from bold blonding and balayage to lived-in looks and corrective color. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to shine in a salon that values talent, teamwork, and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
Perform professional color services including highlights, balayage, all-over color, gray coverage, and corrective color
Offer consultations to recommend color treatments based on hair health and client goals
Maintain high sanitation standards and product knowledge
Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
Contribute to a team-oriented and uplifting salon environment
Qualifications:
Current Texas Cosmetology License
preferred
Strong consultation and formulation skills
Skilled in modern coloring techniques (foil, balayage, root melts, etc.)
Passionate about hair health, education, and trends
Professional, reliable, and client-focused
