A COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE SALE AND INNOVATION OF PROFESSIONAL HAIR BEAUTY PRODUCTS IS SEEKING A HAIRSTYLIST TECHNICIAN RESIDING IN DFW AND TO MANAGE A SALON SUITE.
The Stylist Technician is responsible for training other stylists in the use of our products through virtual, phone, and in-person training sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
Cosmetology License
Expert in Colorimetry
Haircutting
Hairstyling
Hair analysis
Hair preparation
Application techniques
Experience in platforms and training
Punctuality
Leadership
Availability to travel
Excellent presentation
Minimum 3 years of salon work
Good communication skills
Trends in professional styling
Customer attention and service
Advanced training for professional stylists
Courses, tutorial videos, live sessions for social media
ACTIVITIES:
Training new staff on the product line, usage, advantages, and benefits.
Performing color work at least once a week
Market research, competition, and trends in the hair beauty industry.
Customer service, addressing queries, and providing training.
Application of products and recorded and live tutorials.
Development and testing of new products.
Massive events on platforms and live.
Public image for the brand physically and digitally.
In charge of Qumeni Salon Suites
Receiving and following up with interested parties for space rental
Facility maintenance
Resolution of tenant issues
