Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled barber to join our growing team. This is a flexible opportunity where you can either rent a chair or work on a commission-based structure. Whether you’re an experienced professional with your own clientele or looking to grow your client base, this position offers a supportive and vibrant space to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling.
Deliver excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in men’s grooming.
Be a team player and contribute to the welcoming salon environment.
Requirements:
Valid barbering license.
Proven experience as a barber (minimum 1 year preferred).
Expertise in cutting and styling all hair types and textures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to client needs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
