**Job Overview:**
Luxury Aveda and Kerastase salon in Alexandria seeking a talented Hair Stylist, assistants and front desk to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and beauty trends, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Aveda trained is a plus but not a must. We have an overflow of clients and can help the right candidate build their book. Looking for part-time or full-time with schedule flexibility.
**Duties:**
– Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon experience for clients
– Continuous education
**Qualifications:**
– Hairstylist must be licensed
– Knowledge of color theory and application
– Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
– Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is beneficial
