Earn the Pay You Want To Live Your Best Life!
• Senior Stylists: $24 to $40+ (plus tips).
• Mid-level Stylists: $18 to $26 (plus tips)
• Entry Level or Recent Graduate Stylists: $15 to $20 (plus tips)
Amounts will depend on the stylists‘ ability to drive repeat guests and build/maintain a book of business. Placement is based on the book of business and not years of experience. Top Performers Make $40+/hr – our rockstar stylists with 5+ years of experience and 30+ hours per week are cashing in!
All Stylists are eligible for:
• Up to 75% commissions – because talent deserves top dollar!
• 8-Tier Growth System – climb the ladder with promotions, price increases & higher commissions.
• Up to 12 different price levels to meet your experience and guest demand!

• A current cosmetology or barber license (applicable to state requirements).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule – be available during peak times to maximize your earnings!
• Basic skills in cuts, clipper cuts, & color techniques.
