We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional beauty services and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in salon management, cosmetology, and retail sales, with a passion for mentoring staff and enhancing client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in service delivery.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to stylists and technicians in areas such as hair styling, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
Implement retail sales strategies to boost product sales and enhance overall salon profitability.
Maintain inventory levels of products and supplies, ensuring the salon is well-stocked at all times.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and tracking sales performance.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide ongoing training for staff.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license with proven experience in hair styling and makeup application.
Experience with eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong background in store management or salon operations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in mentoring or training staff is highly desirable.
Proficient in retail sales strategies with a focus on achieving targets.
Familiarity with straight razor techniques is a plus.
Proficient in using salon software for operational efficiency.

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
