The Spa at Tamarack offers 5 treatment rooms with hot tub, pool, steam sauna, a salon, and gym amenities for our clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 60-90 minute relaxing and therapeutic body treatments for a variety of clients.
Review client needs from check-in forms to verify the best treatment for their needs.
Manage schedule to keep appointments moving smoothly through the spa.
Oversee your treatment room to assure it meets standards set by the spa for cleanliness.
Monitor needs for supplies for timely reordering.
QUALIFICATIONS
License in Idaho or if from another state – must become licensed in Idaho.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a spa or similar environment.
EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE
Licensing in the state of Idaho required – licenses from many states can be applied within Idaho.
SKILLS
Good computer and organizational skills and capable of managing details of your schedule and monitoring appointments from a smartphone or device remotely.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, one should be able to be on their feet for at least 6 hours per day and be physically capable of providing at least 4 – 60 minute massages per day.

Ability to handle a variety of customer responses and request assistance from management if needed to handle any customer situations.
You will be working with 5-7 co-workers in the spa and salon. Tamarack is a mountain resort, and during winter months reliable transportation will be necessary to drive to and from work in snow.
