We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massages to clients, helping them alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities:
– Perform patient assessments to determine the appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans
– Administer various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage
– Conduct physical examinations to identify areas of tension or discomfort
– Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to target specific muscle groups and provide relief
– Educate patients on proper self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of massage therapy
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:
– Strong patient service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients
– Extensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
– Proficient in performing patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
– Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage
– Ability to effectively manage acute pain through therapeutic interventions
– Excellent communication skills to educate patients on self-care techniques and answer any questions or concerns
Requirements:
– Valid Massage Therapist license/certification in the state of [LOCATION]
