JOB SUMMARY:
This individual will work closely with the Aesthetics team. Our LMA will have the opportunity to take on our existing patient base and work with top of the line equipment and service offerings. This individual will have the support of the company for marketing and business needs.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Previous work as a licensed Aesthetician Comprehensive knowledge of skin treatments and regimens
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization with attention to detail
Capacity to work independently and as a team member
Empathetic personality with concern for patients’ needs
Experience with ZO, Skin better, and EltaMD product lines and confidence making strong patient recommendations preferred RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Dutiesa. Conduct patient consultations and recommendations based on patient needs and desired outcomesb. Delivers top of the line care to our patients with an approach focused on the best results for the clientc. Facial services and skincare treatments including but not limited to Hydrafacial, Skinpen, Radio Frequencyd. Developing skin care routines and making product and treatment recommendationse. Taking responsibility for maintaining and growing client basef.
Organizes and participates in community outreach programs and public education effortsg. Participates in both internal and external events to grow our Aesthetics departmenth. Collaborates with our APRNs and doctors to cross refer throughout the Aesthetics departmenti. Performs other duties as assigned
Current Florida licensure to provide aesthetician treatments required
Previous aesthetician experience – (required)
Previous sales experience – (preferred)
Provide exceptional customer service
Basic computer skills including but not limited to email and word processing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and physicians
Knowledge of medical aesthetics services preferred
