Duties:
– Perform a wide range of cosmetology services including hair styling, color treatments, hair extensions, threading, eyelash extensions, and barbering.
– Utilize expertise in color theory to create stunning looks for clients.
– Demonstrate proficiency in dermabrasion techniques for skin treatments.
– Engage in retail sales by recommending and selling beauty products to clients.
– Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following industry standards.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
– Must have at least 2 years of working experience in cosmetology or equivalent training.
– Proficient in various cosmetology techniques such as haircuts, color treatments, updos, makeup application, and nail services.
– Ability to stay updated on current trends in hair styling and makeup artistry.
– Experience or willingness to learn hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and threading.
– Strong passion for the beauty industry with a focus on spiritual upliftment and holistic healing.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse clientele.
