Our management team averages $33-37 per hour (including base pay, tips & incentives). As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the salon and helping to grow the salon’s clientele.

- Manage day-to-day activities within the salon
Qualifications
- A valid TX cosmetology or barber license
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements
- Gripping, fine manipulation, twisting and turning continuously
- Working above shoulder level continuously
