SPORT CLIPS HAIRCUTS (Northern Virginia Area) is NOW HIRING a FULL TIME AREA SALON MANAGER (MUST BE A LICENSEDHAIR STYLIST) to oversee four Sport Clips salons in Northern Virginia.
This position involves travel, phone/computer work, and strength in Men’s Haircutting. PAID CUTTING &LEADERSHIPTRAINING!
Pay is composed of Base PayPLUS Quarterly Bonus Structure based on measurableincreases in Store Performance per Store and per Metric and TIPS from working on the floor, if necessary. Focus is on Service & Retail Sales, Excellent Customer Service, Ability to Train, Communicate Well in English, Cooperate with Others as well as be Professional, Reliable,Respectful, and have aPositive Attitudethat is shared with Team Members!
MUST HAVE A VIRGINIA COSMETOLOGY LICENSE / BE A HAIR STYLIST
