Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations
- Provide exceptional guest services
- Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele
- Drive profitability and retail performance
- Recruit, hire, train, and support staff
- Handle staff relations and client concerns
- Deliver all Smart Style haircare services
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
- Leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Strong communication and basic administrative skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals
Compensation & Benefits
- Average earnings of $25-45/hr (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
