Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to join the Equinox team! This position offers an opportunity for a candidate to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This includes greeting guests, orienting them to the spa facilities, and providing excellent guest service.
Job Responsibilities
Interview, hire, and coach staff members
Conduct outreach marketing for the spa
Manage daily operations, including inventory, goals, and budgets
Provide orientation tours and explain spa amenities
Describe spa treatments, packages, services, and facility features
Promote spa treatments, services, sessions, retail, and promotions
Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm
Valid VA Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and money handling skills
Strong communication, listening, and computer skills
Team player attitude
