Position Summary
Maxima Apparel is a fast-growing company looking for a Licensing Coordinator for one of our high-end lifestyle brands. You’ll support our licensing, product development, and design teams — tracking approvals, coordinating meetings, handling sample requests, and helping keep projects moving smoothly. This role is on-site in Westbury, NY, and is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — with an eye for high-end fashion and a passion for building brands that matter.
What You’ll Do
● Track and document licensing approvals and project timelines
● Maintain calendars and schedules for product and marketing initiatives
● Responsible for tracking samples and monitoring status with factories, production, and design
teams
● Prepare agendas, materials, and notes for meetings
● Manage sample requests and organize materials
● Support brand guideline documentation
What We’re Looking For
● Experience in licensing, marketing, project coordination, or related fields
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Brand experience and a strong eye for high-end fashion and aesthetics are a plus
