Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, motivated Licensed Hair Stylists and Beauty Professionals who are ready to step into a beautiful, new salon and build their business in a positive, community-focused environment. These booth rental and suite rental opportunities are ideal for stylists and beauty professionals who are passionate about their work, value professionalism and creativity, and are looking for a place to truly belong.
What We Offer:
Weekly booth rental at $175/week*
Weekly suite rental $250/week*
10% commission on retail product sales
Flexible schedule — set your own hours (within salon operating hours)
A clean, modern salon with cozy, earthy design elements
A welcoming, supportive atmosphere with a strong sense of purpose
Opportunities to participate in events, education, and in-salon promotions
Exposure through Poiema Parlor’s marketing, website, and social media presence
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a current Texas Cosmetology License or needed license/certificate to perform the service(s) offered
Has at least 1 year of experience behind the chair (preferred)
Is professional, reliable, and polished in appearance
Is passionate about their craft and delivering excellent client experiences
Is self-motivated and committed to growing their clientele
Thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment
Shares our heart for serving others with kindness and excellence
Bonus Points For:
Experience with bridal styling, extensions, or color corrections
Skills in marketing your work through social media
