A private principal is seeking a polished Lifestyle Assistant to support day-to-day personal operations within a highly curated lifestyle. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, refined taste, and experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth principal in a luxury environment. You will work closely with a small, trusted team managing wardrobe, gifting, sourcing, travel preparation, and personal projects while ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling shifting priorities with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities include wardrobe organization across multiple residences, coordinating purchases and returns, managing gifting, sourcing luxury products and services, and liaising with brands, showrooms, and vendors. Prior experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth principal, executive, or private household is required.
