Live Stream Host (Women’s Fashion) – High Energy, Sales-Focused Jobs in Plano at Uplyo
We’re hiring a high-energy live stream host to sell women’s clothing on Whatnot from our Plano warehouse.
This role is part sales, part entertainment. You’ll be on camera running live shows, engaging viewers in real time, and driving sales through energy, pacing, and personality. Strong hosts can significantly increase sales, so we’re looking for someone who naturally brings excitement and momentum to the show.
Responsibilities:
- Host live shows with strong energy, confidence, and fast pacing (3–4 hours per session)
- Continuously talk and present items without long pauses or repetition
- Clearly present each item (brand, size, fit, styling ideas, value)
- Engage with viewers in real time
- Apply feedback quickly and improve show performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Naturally talkative with strong energy (not slow-paced)
- Able to speak continuously and keep the show engaging
- Strong personality – fun, expressive, and interactive
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled shows
Experience in fashion retail, live selling, TikTok, or content creation is a plus, but personality and energy matter more.
Important:
This is a fast-paced, on-camera sales role. You must be comfortable speaking continuously and maintaining energy throughout the show.
Pay & Perks:
- Starting at $20/hour
- Up to 5% commission (performance-based)
- Paid trial livestream (hourly only)
- Opportunity for higher pay and more shifts based on performance
Interview Process:
- Submit video audition
- Selected candidates will be invited for a short in-person paid trial livestream
Pay: $20.00 – $45.00 per hour
