Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions across various platforms, engaging viewers with lively commentary and interactive activities
- Perform dance routines, theatrical skits, or other entertainment segments to captivate audiences and keep them entertained
- Communicate clearly and confidently with viewers, responding to comments and questions in real-time to foster a welcoming environment
- Plan and prepare content in advance, including rehearsing performances and coordinating themes for each stream
- Incorporate educational elements such as teaching dance moves or acting techniques to enhance viewer engagement
- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule to grow and retain your audience base
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas, themes, and activities that align with audience interests
- Ensure a positive and respectful online environment by moderating chat interactions when necessary
Qualifications
- Experience with dancing, theater, or public speaking that demonstrates confidence and stage presence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Previous experience working with children or teaching is a plus, showcasing patience and adaptability
- Passion for entertainment, creativity, and storytelling through live performance
- Ability to perform energetic routines or theatrical acts confidently on camera
