- Develop and plan content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand messaging to maximize audience engagement
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a lively community atmosphere
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing media content using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Utilize social listening tools and social media analytics to monitor audience sentiment, track performance metrics, and optimize content strategies
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility and reach online audiences effectively
- Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze campaign performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in live streaming or digital content creation on major social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, including social media content creation and community management
- Proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software for high-quality content production
- Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing online analytics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently during live sessions
- Familiarity with social listening techniques and social media analytics to inform content strategy decisions
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with branding principles, photography skills, and graphic design is a plus
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with viewers and collaborate effectively with team members
