Location: Hanover, PA | Status: Full-Time | Travel: Up to 25%

Are you a trend-obsessed, detail-driven creative with a passion for headwear and lifestyle products? L2 Brands is growing fast—and we’re looking for a hands-on, fashion-forward Merchandiser to shape how our Locale headwear line hits the market.
You won’t just manage samples or track timelines—you’ll influence the look, feel, and presence of our brand at every customer touchpoint.

What You’ll Do
Craft Seasonal Strategies: Align product calendars, seasonal themes, and sample rollouts.
Bridge Teams: Liaise between Development, Creative Art, Planning & Sales for flawless launches.
Own Sample Operations: Order, track, and ship everything from sales-rep kits to photoshoot and tradeshow samples.
Curate & Coordinate Shoots: Prep, organize, and attend photoshoots to capture our brand’s best angles.
Manage Digital Tools & Collateral: Keep our iPad app, website, and HighSpot library fresh and accurate.
Analyze & Innovate: Prepare trend reports, track best-sellers, and recommend the next “must-have” SKU.
What You Bring
A designer’s eye + merchandiser’s mind — you get both aesthetics and strategy
Bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising/Design, Marketing, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in merchandising fashion, or a related creative field
Strong communication + collaboration skills (you know how to get people excited and aligned)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Illustrator or Canva experience is a plus
Ability to juggle timelines, track dozens of samples, and still spot the one logo that’s 3% off-center
A passion for fashion, color, and trend—you’re the one your friends text when they want to know what’s cool next season
