Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to create personalized hair color solutions
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost retail sales.
Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques to provide clients with the latest styles.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license required.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring and styling
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members.
Knowledge of retail sales strategies to effectively promote products.
A keen understanding of color theory to assist clients in achieving their desired looks.
Previous experience in store management or leadership roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $55,013.00 – $63,092.00 per year
