Major Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Headquarter, Forwarders, Factories and Warehouse to perform weekly order processing, handle in & out shipment process, declaration of import and export goods, customs clearance procedure when necessary
- Liaise with 3PL and internal parties to maintain a smooth logistics operation, prevent variances and handle local delivery/ store transfer schedules
- Work closely with merchandising team to ensure timely products delivery to the stores by processing good management in inventory planning, order management, good efficiency of storage & movement / dispatch of goods, etc
- Support retail, marketing and visual merchandising team to arrange logistic arrangement for marketing events and in-store visual display occasionally
- Maintain accurate inventory count / records, arrange regular stock take with both internal and external parties regularly and resolve the stock discrepancy to minimize company loss
- Perform ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements & Capabilities:
- Degree holder or above with at least 2-3 years of shipping or logistics management experience in Asia Market preferably gain in fashion, lifestyle or footwear retail company
- Hands-on, pragmatic, business and solution-oriented takes initiative, accepts accountability and has a sense of urgency
- Energetic, with a high sense of initiative, ability to work independently, deal with multiple tasks and tight timelines, and priorities
- Good team player and able to communicate and work well with people at various levels
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Work location: this position is primarily based in Taipei office, with work at the warehouse as required
