About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Warehousing & Supply Chain, this role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day coordination of inventory and logistics operations across our store network.

As an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient flow of stock from warehouse to store, supporting stock accuracy, timely delivery, and overall supply chain performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong operational standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound shipments, tracking, clearance, and warehouse delivery
  • Manage outbound orders to support store operations and key trading timelines
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across systems (SOH, ERP/WMS)
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes
  • Prepare and analyse inventory reports (sell-through, ageing stock, weeks of cover)
  • Support cycle counts and stocktakes across all store locations
  • Liaise with 3PL providers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Support inventory planning and stock allocation decisions in collaboration with Merchandise and Planning teams
  • Contribute to process improvements to reduce shrinkage and improve efficiency

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain within retail or multi-site environments
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles
  • Experience working with high SKU volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Excel and inventory/ERP systems
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
