Location: Seoul Gangnam, Korea
Mentoring and training personal according to the Zara quality standards and expectations such as packaging, repair, personalization, sustainability projects, working closely with local/international of logistic, CS, product managers and omnichannel team to deliver the best image to destination, customer.
◆ROLES & RESONSIBLILITY◆
1. Packing &Training
Responsible for training of new hires for packing from end to end, according to the Zara quality expectations and considering operational situation (adjusting training programs length and intensity to operation needs and period).
Giving appropriate support by working shoulder to shoulder with packers less experienced and with high potential in order to boost their performance from any single angle.
Ownership of training area by keeping it active, fashionable, fresh and cool, always appropriately organized according to criteria provided by Zara team.
Coming up with new ideas, procedures, best practices and experiences, in order to make more efficient and shorter training programs always meeting quality and efficiency levels expected by Zara team.
Follow up on the performance of each packer individually and discuss with QC(quality control) Manager, in order for her/him to analyze which packer is valuable and addressable and which is not.
Consumable stock and order control and management in online and offline channels
2. Return & Quality control
Same training method to ensure goods coming in a correct way from return.
Quality control in all the warehouse process keeps high quality & image along with Inditex standards.
Monitor return procedure & communicate well with customer service team.
Monitor repair process and find improvements in efficient and sustainable ways.
3. Working flow & Quality control
Communicate to all team members internally and externally on a weekly basis throughout new arrivals briefing all remarkable updates (feedback, incidences, stressing out messages, goals etc.).
Verify the check list for cleanliness and IT equipment both will have to be done daily and report any identified malfunction to the team on duty.
Responsible for daily QC Audits and follow up in any aspect not complying with Zara customer’s expectations in order to correct it immediately.
Putting in place new procedures, supplies, marketing materials right away by communicating appropriately and following up those.
Communicate accurately to internal team and HQ at the right moment and transmit correct information and sharing
4. Value-Added Service
Manage pilot projects to test new value-added services for customers and roll out negotiated services (e.g., embroidery services)
Work closely with marketing and CS team to understand the customer’s need, expectations, and feedback of new services.
◆REQUIREMENTS◆
At least 3 years of work experience in fashion retail industry
Logistics / QC, QA / Training experience is plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with various internal/external stakeholders
Good Communication and negotiation skills
