I am currently seeking an experienced full-time concession manager with a passion for business development and exceptional training and development skills.
With a history spanning over 150 years, this confectionery brand is currently expanding across the UK and looking for service led professionals to join their growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Embody the brand’s philosophy of putting the customer at the heart of everything, through tailored customer service exceeding all expectations.
Confidently approaching customers on the floor and nurturing relationships with existing customers through personalised clienteling.
Seeking out opportunities for B2B sales.
Ensure all targets and KPIs are met through proper performance management and training of your team.
Lead by example and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products, ingredients, and brand history to assist clients in making informed purchase decisions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and personal appearance, ensuring that the brand’s image is consistently upheld.
Qualifications:
Passion for customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships between brand and client.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
You have a proactive entrepreneurial spirit, displaying initiative where possible.
2+ years management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service in a premium environment.
Fluency in English. Other languages are an extra asset.
Flexible availability to work Full time, 5 days across Monday – Sunday.
