Charterhouse is working exclusively with one of the most renowned brands that is the epitome of handcrafted luxury goods. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Deputy Store Director to support managing their boutique in Beirut.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become a part of a globally recognized luxury brand with a constantly growing presence across the Middle East. The Deputy Store Director will support the Store Director to develop and enhance the boutique’s performance and the profitability, assisting with the leadership through effective people management. Additionally, the role will work in line with the Store Director and provide necessary monthly reports and feedback.

The role will be responsible for supporting management of the team and boutique in order to reach and exceed all targets and KPIs. The role will involve conducting marketing and promotional activities to maximise profits and drive the store and the brand to succession.

The Deputy Store Director will have a deep product knowledge and awareness of market trends at all times, along with strong business development and relationship building skills. Attention to detail, coupled with creativity and commercial awareness will be required to maintain visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.

To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will be a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership, team development and operational skills. The ideal candidate must have minimum 4 years’ managerial experience, working for an international recognised luxury brand

The role requires a Lebanese national who is a self-motivated individual, and an ambassador for the luxury business. Fluency in English, preferably along with Arabic and French will be essential for this role. European experience in the industry would be an added advantage.
