This is a booth rent, no commissions you will be your own boss and make as much as you want to earn. You can bring your own clients but also we welcome walk-ins.
We can arrange a special rent agreement for the first 2 months while you get comfortable.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and cosmetology, with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair care services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied with their look.
Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help elevate our salon’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Perform specialized services such as eyebrows waxing, updos, highlights, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care and styling techniques.
Assist in retail sales by promoting salon products that enhance client experiences.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong foundation in cosmetology.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
A keen eye for detail and creativity in executing various hairstyles.
Previous experience in beauty salon is a plus.
