Overview
ADAM Grooming Atelier is a premium male grooming brand established in the UK in 2015. Since its inception, the brand has experienced remarkable growth and now operates 15 locations in some of London’s most prestigious areas, including Mayfair, The Shard, and Canary Wharf. Additionally, we are honored to have a presence within the iconic Harrods department store.
Building on our success, we expanded to New York with our first location in Brookfield Place, Financial District, Lower Manhattan. ADAM has become a symbol of luxury and indulgence, earning accolades such as the World’s Best Male Grooming Salon in 2019, awarded by the World Spa Awards. In 2020, we introduced The ADAM Collection, a range of premium hair and skincare products infused with essential oils to enhance the client experience.
We are now seeking New York’s top barbers to join our team and help establish a high-end clientele, mirroring the success we’ve achieved in the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside renowned luxury brands such as Equinox, Gucci, Burberry, and Bottega Veneta, while also being located near Goldman Sachs and AMEX on Wall Street.
Selected candidates will undergo our exclusive ADAM Orientation Program, receiving comprehensive training on our signature services and product range. Our barbers work in a sleek, modern environment featuring a cocktail bar, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong ability to use scissors and trimmers
Expertise in cutthroat shaving
Skilled in skin fades
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Punctual, polite, and reliable
Positive attitude and strong team player
Job Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Position Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor (5 days per week, including Sundays)

Compensation:
Guaranteed $200 per day for the first 3 months
Commission-based earnings
Additional tips and bonus opportunities

Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in hair styling (Preferred)
License: Barbering License (Preferred)
Location: Must be able to commute to or relocate to New York, NY 10281 before starting
