Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and entrepreneurial Independent Personal Shoppers to provide a high-touch, sales-driven client experience across multiple channels. This role blends traditional clienteling with modern selling methods, including private appointments, in-home services, and live digital selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, delivering personalized styling and shopping experiences
- Host in-showroom appointments with clients in a private, elevated setting
- Provide in-home service selling, offering a personalized and convenient luxury shopping experience
- Drive sales through live streaming and digital selling, showcasing products in real time
- Curate and recommend products tailored to each client’s preferences and lifestyle
- Maintain consistent client communication, including outreach on new arrivals, exclusive pieces, and events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales-driven content, including try-ons, styling videos, and product features
- Stay informed on inventory, luxury trends, and client preferences
- Represent the Original Luxury brand with professionalism, discretion, and a premium service mindset
Qualifications
- Proven experience in personal shopping, styling, consignment, or luxury retail sales
- Strong existing client base or demonstrated ability to develop one
- Deep knowledge of luxury brands, resale market, and styling
- Confident on camera with the ability to sell through live streaming and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with high-net-worth clientele
- Background in consignment or luxury resale
- Established social media presence or comfort creating engaging content
- Ability to manage both in-person and virtual sales environments
