One of the world's most recognised luxury houses is opening a brand new flagship boutique at Chatswood Chase — and we are looking for an exceptional Client Advisor to be part of it from day one.
This boutique will serve a discerning, high net worth clientele who expect to be genuinely known, remembered, and understood. The right candidate will bring more than sales experience. They will bring presence, warmth, and the rare ability to make a client feel like the only person in the room.
The Role
- Build and maintain genuine, long term relationships with a loyal and discerning client base
- Develop deep product knowledge across one of the world's most iconic collections
- Deliver an exceptional in-boutique experience at every touchpoint
- Work with CRM systems to manage client relationships and drive appointments
- Represent the house with impeccable personal presentation at all times
About You
- Experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, timepieces, or a premium client-facing environment
- A genuine passion and understanding for the world of luxury
- Natural, unhurried ability to connect with high net worth clients
- Impeccable personal presentation
- CRM experience highly regarded
- Fluency in a second language advantageous
