We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to develop premium womenswear collections from initial concept through final production.
Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colours and silhouettes
- Create mood boards, sketches and original design concepts
- Develop luxury garments from concept to final product
- Prepare technical drawings and design specifications
- Source premium fabrics, trims and embellishments
- Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, vendors and production teams
- Conduct fittings and ensure excellent fit, finish and quality
- Manage samples and meet collection timelines
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of luxury garment construction, fabrics and finishing
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent sketching, draping and garment-development skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple designs and deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing original luxury or premium fashion work
