Job Summary

As a Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager at LVMH Fashion Group Korea, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing talents across our store and office operations. You will be mainly responsible for executing various talent acquisition initiatives from sourcing to onboarding.

Role & Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full cycle of recruiting process for the office and store positions while ensuring the candidates’ aptness with LVMH Fashion Group’s luxury brand standards.
  • Communicate with various external stakeholders such as candidates, headhunter and assist holding events to foster talent acquisition process.
  • Organize all process and preparation to support successful onboarding for new joiners.
  • Manage employee data with high accuracy (handling of new comer’s information, contract extension and etc.)
  • Assist in strategic sourcing initiatives internally/externally(incl. referral programs) based on planning recruiting strategies
  • Maintain recruiting reports regular basis and support budget planning with executions.

2) Talent Development & Engagement

  • Support logistics of employee development programs including scheduling, surveying, communication with various shareholders, preparation for successful delivery for learning sessions including various trainings and other activities.
  • Support to create engaging learning materials, such as surveys, posters, and presentations.
  • Collect and analyze data related to learning programs and generate results.
  • Initiative and organize various employee engagement activities proactively.

Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources with strong experience in Talent Acquisition area
  • Luxury fashion industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
