Function Relations:
1) Internal
All departments related to retail operations: Accounting, IS&T, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing & Communications, Visual Merchandising, and Store Projects. If necessary, the Brand’s Headquarter of Supply Chain and Logistics Department.
2) External
3rd party logistics service providers, e.g. warehouse, freight forwarder and transportation company; customs broker
Brief outline of the role:
Your role is to support the multi brands’ logistics operation.
You will report to and work closely with Korea logistics assistant manager to ensure shipments on time delivery & provide the corresponding service to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Logistics Operation
Work on import & export procedure
Prepare and follow up applications of CITES, attestation, plant quarantine import and permits of licensed products
Update the inbound shipments status and monitor the delivery to boutiques, local stock transfers, reverse logistics operation-flow in warehouse
Shipment claims for loss/ discrepancy during the transportation
Update the 3PL’s operation performance and issues i.e. delay, damage, etc. on a monthly basis.
Responsible for data and inventory accuracy in the POS system (CEGID); stock adjustment, etc.; stock balance reconciliation (stock picture).
Support on family sales; events or store projects; destruction
Monthly reporting on logistics operation cost
Requirements
English (good speaking and writing)
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with hands-on, especially for logistics
Analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
Positive, self-motivated to take up responsibility and able to work independently
Strong numerical sense, excellent MS Excel skills
Understanding in POS and SAP system is preferred
University graduated in disciplines related to supply chain and logistics
