- Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects MACEOO’s luxury brand standards
- Drive and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and effectively communicate MACEOO’s brand heritage
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team engagement, productivity, and goal achievement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and lead by example on the sales floor
Operations & Store Management
- Manage all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, organization, and replenishment processes
- Uphold visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols
- Maintain a neat and accurate client book and utilize CRM tools to foster long-term customer relationships
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with senior management to execute store strategies, promotions, and special events
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and improve store performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, drive sales, and exceed performance goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Proficient in POS systems and CRM tools
- Proficient in Excel
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
