KNOW THE ROLE
An Assistant Store Manager position, in our Flagship concession in Brown Thomas, Grafton Street.
On a day-to-day basis at Maje, your role will be to support the Store Manager by assisting with the commercial and operational management of the store, the management of a team, the coaching and training of the team members, the animation in store and the respect of our VM guidelines.

Know What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in premium or luxury fashion
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience leading and coaching a team
- Good understanding of retail operations, including stock management, merchandising and store administration
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
- Passion for fashion and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
