Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and dedicated All-Round Spa Therapist to
join ourdynamicteam
at a prestigious gents salon in Dubai. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality spa treatments and services to our clientele, ensuring a premium, professional experience that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, nail care, and grooming services tailored to men’s needs. Provide expert advice on spa treatments and services, helping clients select the best options for their personal
wellness
goals. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa treatment areas. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through
exceptional service
and personalized attention.
Keep up to date with new spa treatments, products, and techniques. Uphold the salon’s policies and maintain
professionalism
at all times. Assist with maintaining spa inventory, ensuring products and supplies are fully stocked. Follow all safety and health regulations and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a men’s grooming environment. Relevant certifications and qualifications in massage therapy, facials, waxing, or other spa treatments. Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and
problem-solving skills
. Ability to work in a
fast-paced
, professional environment. A keen interest in health,
wellness
, and men’s grooming. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate. Availability to work
flexible hours
, including weekends and evenings, as required.
