Who We Are
We are a growing shapewear brand expanding into our men’s line, focused on precision fit, compression performance, and product development accuracy.
Our products are designed for men across diverse body types — from athletic builds to natural, everyday proportions.
We conduct structured, in-person fit sessions in Downtown Los Angeles to evaluate development samples across multiple stages (prototype, revised sample, pre-production).
About the Role (Technical Product Development Position)
We are hiring experienced male fit models for on-site product development fittings.
This is a technical development role, not print, runway, influencer, or promotional modeling.
Selected candidates will work directly with our technical designer to evaluate:
- Measurement accuracy
- Compression distribution
- Waistband tension and recovery
- Garment balance and proportion
- Movement testing and wear performance
Prior structured fit session experience is required.
Session Details
- Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)
- 1–2 sessions per month
- 1–2 hours per session
- $80–$150 per hour (based on experience)
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Ongoing / Long-term collaboration preferred
Measurement Requirements (Important)
Selection is based on actual body measurements, not size labels.
Current Priority Sample Size Ranges：
We are currently fitting the following working sample sizes:
Size M
- Chest: 38.5–40.5 in
- Waist: 32–35 in
- Hip: 38.5–40 in
Size XL
- Chest: 42.5–45 in
- Waist: 37–40 in
- Hip: 42.5–45 in
Size 3XL
- Chest: 47–50 in
- Waist: 43–46.5 in
- Hip: 47–50 in
These are the primary size ranges for our current development round.
Measurement Alignment for Current Fitting Rounds：
- Candidates whose measurements align closely with the above ranges will be prioritized for immediate fitting sessions.
- Applicants whose measurements fall significantly outside these ranges may not be considered for the current round of fittings.
- Please apply based on your current, accurate measurements. Consistent measurements for repeat fittings are preferred.
Experienced Fit Models Outside Current Ranges：
- While the above sizes are our current priority, we welcome submissions from experienced technical fit models whose measurements fall into other size ranges.
- We are continuously expanding our development roster and may have future fitting needs across additional size categories.
Qualifications
- Prior shapewear, compression, or activewear fit modeling experience
- Experience participating in structured technical fitting sessions
- Ability to provide clear, detailed technical fit feedback
- Familiarity with spec sheets, measurement review, or POM discussions preferred
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Available for in-person sessions in DTLA
Applications that do not demonstrate prior fit modeling experience will not be considered.
