The TeamThe Tommy Hilfiger Product Team is responsible for the creation, merchandising, and development of both innovative and sustainable products for Tommy Hilfiger. Responsible for the end-to-end development of the product, from initial concept through to physical garments, pioneering high quality & product excellence, as well as delivering on company & divisional KPIs.

In close collaboration between the golden triangle: Merchandise, Design & Product Development, as well as with other stakeholders, this team plays an intricate part in delivering the Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA.

The PositionThe role mainly includes day-to-day high-level assistance for our management team within the Tommy Hilfiger Product Department, proactively managing extensive calendars and expenses, organizing divisional events, and working closely with the other assistants.

This person will also be responsible for organizing complex, multi-stop, international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and managing visa requests, video conferencing setting up, and organizing agendas (and minutes) for key management meetings.

You should enjoy being the main contact, juggling many things at once, and have a “can do” attitude. This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenging move into a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

General management assistance (e.g., calendar, travel, expenses)

Calendar management for VP’s

All travel arrangements (incl. visa applications) for VPs, including making detailed day-to-day travel itinerary

Handling of incoming emails, and telephone calls including doing follow-up for VPs (independent, prioritization and further handling of any correspondence)

Handling general and confidential correspondence (proposal letters, decks) for VP’s

Setting up: meetings and booking meeting rooms (incl. drinks, snacks, lunch if needed) / conference calls and video conferences / S&P team town halls

Database management when required in VMS/ CRM/ SAP (invoice approvals) for VP’s

Sorting IT related issues for VPs

Preparation and execution of different kinds of (physical and digital) mailings (to internal teams, vendors, etc

Covering for colleagues when on (sick) leave

Expenses for VP’s

Arranging IT setup, transportation, and catering for important clients when visiting our offices

Handling mail/ packages for VP’s

Team support (anything to do with the team under the management)

Floor clean-ups

Floor space re-arrangements: creating a floor plan, making adjustments in coordination with teams and VPs

(Digital) event planning and organization for the teams: full-day events and evenings including tasks such as arranging external locations, full IT setup, booking of external speakers, venue dressing, catering, restaurant bookings, table seating, gifts, and prizes.

Various ad hoc assignments for the team during sketch reviews, DCR, ML
