Fleek Salon is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong West Market. Our company has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighborhood, with a large customer base. We offer a wide variety of hair services as well as other beauty treatments such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding, and our new shop requires enthusiastic beauticians who are outgoing and competent team players to work with other associates in promoting a variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

are looking for experienced full-time team members to join our growing family:

Beautician
Beauty Consultant
Hairstylist

Manager
Basic requirements:
Consultant experience needed for managerial roles; otherwise, beauty industry experience.
6-day work week
Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by the manager
Promote a wide range of services and packages
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Hardworking and team-oriented
Good communication skills in English and basic Chinese to maintain good after-sales relationships with clients of different races (most clients speak English and Chinese only)
Strong negotiation and selling skills, well-groomed and presentable
Independent and self-motivated
Problem-solving skills
Knowledge of beauty and facial treatments
Must meet personal sales targets and company targets
