Overall the position is to manage and implement horizontal global brand marketing campaigns for priority initiatives with direct responsibilities for coordinating execution of global toolkits, product ordering and coordination for photo/video shoots, and cross functional team management for internal alignment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPRODUCT SOURCING & COORDINATION

Co-Lead for all product coordination and logistics during multi-shoot brand campaigns

Source and manage product samples based on creative needs

Coordinate with external vendors (i.e. Logistics & More) and internal partners to ensure timely delivery and return of sourced products

Liaison with BU, SpoMa, VP of Product for sourcing and ordering

Forecast and process of all factory orders

Assist in narrowing down product selections based on creative concepts and brand guidelines

Manage communication of product options and priorities with key stakeholders

Develop PowerPoint decks throughout the creative process as product and styling evolves from concept to execution

ON-SET PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Collaborate with the Product/Agency Coordinator to track product availability on set

Coordinate with the Stylist to ensure products are ready for use and comply with embargo dates

Be on-site to address any additional requirements

Work closely with production to confirm all necessary legal and licensing checks have been completed

Serve as the product expert on set, liaising with designated BU representatives

Ensure the timely delivery of products to the next shoot or final destination, and manage the return of items

CAMPAIGN TOOLKITS & DELIVERABLES MANAGEMENT

Support the distribution of marketing toolkits and campaign materials.

Manage the storage and access of campaign documents in online folders.

Help manage online shared folders

Editing and formatting support for team documents

Review and provide feedback on campaign imagery

Help to organize, review, and approve supporting assets for digital, such as film thumbnails

Conduct quality checks on 2D/3D assets

DECK/PRESENTATION DESIGN + CREATION

Review, edit, and support the upload of global market update Power Points

Review, design, and create Sr. Leadership presentations

Develop internal presentations for BUs, markets, and SpoMa where needed

Ensure presentation decks are aligned with brand guidelines and presentation standards

Provide ongoing support for deck revisions and updates as needed

Market comms teams, global business units, product teams, touchpoints team, agency partners, cultural marketing, Sports Marketing, production

Knowledge And Experience

Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally with a background in apparel and footwear

Proven results and orientation based in critical thinking and problem solving skills

Organizational and executional skills when owning a project

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal/relationship building skills.
